Hawk-Eye ticket system:
Hawk-Eye is using a purpose build ticketing system for handling all support cases. This provides you with access to all your tickets.
In the ticket system you will be able to see status of all your current tickets and comment on them.
Your company will have your own personal mail address, which you write to and your tickets will automatically be created in the system.

By login you are able to see all your reports.
